The inspiration for the "Chiyono Anne 2021-22 "INDIA" Collection" was her visit to India in 2019.
During her travels to New Delhi, Lucknow and Jaipur, she witnessed a world of overwhelming colors, captivating beautiful architecture and decorations, and the clear eyes and overflowing energy of the women she met at the embroidery facility. Through this journey, which felt like she had wandered into another world, designer Chiyono imagined two imaginary women and incorporated them into her designs, resulting in the creation of two series.

Her name is Danica, which means "Morning Star". While she has a gentleness and calmness that seems to embrace everything, she can also be surprised by her boldness that she sometimes shows. As her name suggests, like a large star that shines beautifully in the dawn sky, she emits a quiet and strong light that never fades.
Inspired by the distinctive arch curves and colors of Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), located in a section of the Pink City in Jaipur, India, this series is designed with dusty pink and mint green as the base color. Classical and sophisticated lace purchased directly from Paris is piped with mint green silk imported from London, and the design, which is calculated to be just like an architectural work, blends in with the skin and accentuates the body.
