Cancellations and changes
Order details cannot be changed after the order has been completed. Please be sure to check the size, color, price, quantity, delivery address, registered email address, etc. before completing your order.
To cancel your order, please check "My Account Cancellation" and carry out the cancellation procedure yourself.
*Cancellation is possible only on the day of ordering.If the payment amount exceeds 100,000 yen (tax included), the refund amount will be deducted from the card fee (3.6%).Please note that this will be the case.
Requests after receiving the product
When you receive the product, please be sure to check that there are no defects in the product and that the product you received is the same as what you ordered.
*Please note that we cannot handle any requests for products that have been received more than 8 days ago.
Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns for reasons such as "the product is not what I expected" or "I made a mistake with my order".
If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact Chiyono Anne Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it for a good product. If we do not have the stock to exchange it, we will refund your money.
In addition, we will cover the shipping costs required for returning and re-sending the product.
*Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns of products purchased at the Chiyono Anne ONLINE SHOP.
* Please note that we will not be able to respond if you do not return the product within the support period. Once we have inspected the returned product, our customer support team will contact you. If the product is found to be defective upon inspection, we will return it to you.
- Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
- Products that have become dirty, scratched, or smelly while in the customer's possession
- Products that are returned in a condition that is significantly different from when they were delivered (including product tags, labels, and other accessories)
- Products that were not found to be defective according to our standards
About the cooling off period
The "cooling off" system applies to door-to-door sales. The cooling off period is not mandatory for mail order sales.
Please note that as our online shopping service is a mail order service accessed by customers, the cooling-off period does not apply.
