If the recipient would like to design the gift themselves, please schedule a consultation and fitting with a designer.
We normally hold consultations and fittings in our atelier, but if you live far away and it is difficult for us to visit your studio in person, we are also happy to accept consultations via email or phone.

- *The current production period is approximately 3 months from the time of order. Thank you for your understanding.
- *Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- *When using a gift card, we cannot give you change. (We will design and create an item that matches the amount of the gift card.)
- *Please make a reservation for a consultation and fitting or purchase from the online store within one year from the date of your order.
- *Please note that once the bespoke order design has been decided and production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
