Deliver TBYB Kit
After purchasing this service, the TBYB kit will be shipped from the atelier within 3 business days.
Try Fitting
You can adjust the size by yourself according to the instructions included in the TBYB kit you received, or by having a ZOOM consultation with designer Chiyono.
Return Sample Bras
Please complete the return procedure for the TBYB kit to our company within 10 days from the date of arrival at the delivery address specified by the purchaser (if you use ZOOM consultation, please do so within 10 days from the date of use).
Important points to note regarding TBYB service
- Sample deposit is subject to the following conditions:*1If not met, no refund will be given
- The timing of the refund will vary depending on the credit card company's closing date, so the refund may be deducted in the following month.
- If you do not receive the mail, please contact our sales office using the tracking number provided in the email.

※1 Sample deposit refund conditions
- Unless you lose the fit sample or the product is irreparably damaged, the deposit will be automatically refunded in full to the credit card used to make the payment.
*2 TBYB kit damages and late return fees
- If the return procedure is not completed within 10 days from the date the TBYB kit arrives at your place, a late fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) will be charged per day and will be deducted from the deposit.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original credit card according to *1. - If the return is delayed for more than 5 days, the sample will be considered lost and damages will be incurred for the corresponding number of samples.
- If any sample bras are lost or irreparably damaged, a damage fee will be charged for the number of pieces lost.
The damage fee is 27,500 yen (tax included) per sample bra. - Delays caused by delivery companies are not subject to late fees.
Precautions for handling the product
- Fit samples are washed by hand in the atelier before each rental, and accessories such as pads and tape measures are also disinfected.
- Please refrain from washing or ironing the fit sample yourself.
- Fit samples are for trying on only, so please refrain from wearing them for extended periods of time.

We recommend wearing clothes that are easy to take off, such as a robe or top that opens in the front, so that you can wear the fitting sample bra.

If you have a mobile phone, use a mobile phone holder or find a place to put it so you can use both hands.
Conduct the test in a location with good internet connection
*Nipple covers and a tape measure are included so no need to prepare them.
