Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on your region and package size. For orders of 3 or less items excluding Kimono Robe or Trousers, the shipping fee will be "60 size". For orders of 4 or more items or orders including Kimono Robe or Trousers, the shipping fee will be 80 size. *Shipping fees may change if we run a separate campaign.

Regarding product shipping method and shipping status

Products ordered by customers will be delivered by "Yu-Pack".

Delivery time

Normally, it takes one month from the time your order is confirmed for production, and the product will be shipped after production. Production times may vary for certain products, so please check the "Estimated delivery date" listed under "Shipping" on each product page. Please note that we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates.
