Case #2 Mr. T
This is a new series in which customers who visit the atelier talk about their memories with Chiyono Anne. In the second installment, we have Ms. T, a very stylish woman who has aged beautifully. We asked her about her first impression of the brand and her preferences when ordering.
CA: When do you wear Chiyono Anne lingerie?
T: I wear it on special occasions, but also on a daily basis. I think wearing your favorite lingerie, even on parts of your body that are not visible to others, enriches your heart. When I was young, I was busy every day, preoccupied with my family and those around me, rather than with myself, but when my children grew up and I had more time to think about myself, I realized that I had been leaving myself behind. From now on, I want to take better care of myself, just as I have taken better care of those around me.
Until then, I had worked hard to mend things that were visible, but now I want to pay attention to things that are not visible. This applies to consideration for others, but I think it also applies to underwear. Just wearing something that I have carefully selected, spending time and money on, makes me feel good. Chiyono Anne's lingerie is a lot of fun, from the stage of making it to the days when I finish it and wear it, and it is a blissful time for me.
CA: What do you think makes your lingerie different from other lingerie?
T: I myself am quite slender, so it is often difficult to find clothes or underwear that fit me. Even if I think the design is nice, the cup size or fit is not right, or conversely, if I prioritize comfort when choosing, the design is a little plain.
In that respect, it is attractive to be able to create original lingerie that fits your body perfectly according to your taste while consulting with a professional. Chiyono's choice of lace and fabrics all have attention to detail. Another point I like is that it is comfortable to wear even though it is underwear.
CA: Can you tell us what you ordered this time?
T: I previously ordered a silk jersey bra and cami that turned out to be really good, so this time I ordered four slips with cups in the same design but with longer lengths. I also ordered one soft bra and one camisole each in different colors. The slip has lace on the sides, and I really like the elegant silk fabric in black and beige, which doesn't look bad even when visible. The bra is in a lavender color that is soothing just to look at. I ordered the camisole in an easy-to-use black color.
CA: Finally, what does Chiyono Anne mean to you?
This is my favourite brand right now.
