Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These terms and conditions apply between the customer who has applied to use the "Try Before You Buy" service provided by House of Hunter Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Fit Sample Bra Rental Service") and our company.

Article 2 (Fit Sample Bra Rental Service)

  1. We provide a fit sample bra rental service whereby customers can select up to two sizes of bras from the fit sample products and rent them to them (up to four bras can be rented as up to two sizes of each fit sample bra can be selected), try them on at home, and confirm which bra fits them best.
  2. The fee for the fit sample bra rental service (up to four bras) is 3,300 yen nationwide (including shipping and tax).

Article 3 (Consulting Services)

  1. In addition to the Fit Sample Bra Rental Service described in the previous article, we will provide a Try Before You Buy with Online Consultation service, which includes an online consultation with designer Chiyono.
  2. The fee for the fit sample bra rental service with online consultation (up to four bras) is 5,500 yen nationwide (including shipping and tax).

Article 4 (Procedures for applying for Fit Sample Bra Rental Service)

  1. Customers can choose up to two sizes from the sample products on our online shop.
  2. Customers will pay the rental fee and rental bra deposit in advance using a credit card designated by our company.

      Sample rental fee: 3,300 yen (including shipping and tax)
      Deposit: 11,000 yen (rental up to 4 bras)
    2. ② Use of fitting sample bra rental service with consultation
      Sample rental fee: 5,500 yen (including shipping and tax)
      Deposit: 11,000 yen (rental up to 4 bras)
  3. We will deliver the bra sample you selected on our online store to the address you specify by mail. If the bra sample is returned to us after the storage period has elapsed without you being present, your application for the Fit Sample Bra Rental Service will be treated as canceled. In that case, we will deduct the shipping fee from the rental fee and refund the remaining amount (rental fee and deposit).
  4. Customers are requested to try on the sample items they receive and return the entire rental kit to us within 10 days from the date of arrival. When returning the kit, please use the cash-on-delivery return slip included in the rental kit.
  5. We will refund the amount to your credit card within 3 business days of receiving the sample product you have returned, if we have confirmed that the product does not fall under the penalty clause. No other refund method is available.

Article 5 (Benefits when purchasing products)

  1. If you purchase a product for 50,000 yen or more (excluding tax) on our online shop site within three months of receiving the sample product returned to us (if the product arrives after the 28th, the discount will be valid until the end of the three months later), we will deduct the rental fee (3,300 yen) and the rental fee with consultation (5,500 yen) from the product price.
  2. If you purchase a sample product worth 50,000 yen or more (excluding tax) at our atelier within 6 months of receiving the sample product back from us (if the product arrives after the 28th, the offer is valid until the end of the 3rd month), we will deduct the rental fee (3,300 yen) and the rental fee with consultation (5,500 yen) from the product price. Please note that this campaign may be changed or ended without notice.
  3. Regarding sample products mailed to customers, even if the penalty clause in Article 6 applies and the deposit is used to cover damages, paragraphs 1 and 2 will still apply.

Article 6 (Penalty clauses and deposits)

  1. If any of the following events occur regarding sample products that have been mailed to you, we will claim damages for the sample products as follows:
    1. If the sample is not returned to us by the deadline set forth in Article 4, paragraph 4, 2,200 yen (including tax) per day will be deducted from the deposit as a late charge. However, if the delay is more than five days, the sample will be deemed to have been lost.
    2. If the following events occur for each sample product, the damages per sample product will be 27,500 yen (tax included). We will use the 11,000 yen deposit we receive from you to cover the damages to the sample products, and charge you the remaining damages (number of samples x 27,500 yen - 11,000 yen).1 ticket: 16,500 yen
      2 tickets: 44,000 yen
      3 tickets: 71,500 yen
      For 4 tickets: 99,000 yen
      *All damages include tax.

      2. ② If the sample item has abnormal stains, spots, or irreparable damage to the stitching.
      3. ③ Other reasons similar to ① and ②
  2. If we need to use the security deposit we have received from you to cover damages, we will notify you.
  3. We cannot purchase any samples that we have sent to you.

Article 7 (Handling of sample products)

  1. Before shipping, we always take photos of the fit sample in the atelier to understand its condition at the time. If there is any damage caused by the customer that significantly differs from the original condition, we will consider it to be irreparable damage.
  2. Fit sample bras are hand washed in the atelier before each rental, and accessories such as pads and measuring tapes are also disinfected. Please refrain from washing or ironing them yourself. Sample fit bras are only for trying on, so please refrain from wearing them for long periods of time.

Article 8 (Notes regarding Consulting Services)

  1. The online consultation service is a service provided directly to a single woman who is considering purchasing a bra, and cannot be provided to multiple people at the same time or through a proxy.
  2. Our company uses "ZOOM" to provide online consultation services to customers, and therefore online consultations will be conducted using the customer's video images, etc. However, we cannot take any responsibility for the security risks of the Internet environment or problems that occur on the ZOOM side. Therefore, if the consultation cannot be conducted due to problems on the ZOOM side or problems on the customer's side (internet environment or ZOOM usage), the online consultation service will be canceled.
    Our company handles personal information of our customers as set forth in Article 9.
  3. If you wish to change the date of your consultation appointment, please contact us by email (hello@chiyono-anne.com) or phone (03-6822-5700) at least 6 days prior to the appointment date, but we will not be able to accept any changes to the appointment after that date (except in cases of force majeure). Please note that if the consultation cannot be conducted on the scheduled date, it will be treated as a cancellation and the consultation fee of 2,200 yen will not be refunded.
  4. If we determine that your use is for purposes other than those intended, the consultation service will be terminated and we will not refund the rental fee with consultation.
  5. The online consultation service is intended to provide advice on how to select a bra that fits you, and therefore does not guarantee the quality or fit of the product you purchase as a result of the consultation service. Purchase of products is entirely at your own discretion.

Article 9 (Others)

Any matters not stipulated in these Terms of Use, such as changes to these Terms of Use, shall be governed by our online shopping site terms of use and privacy policy. Any matters not stipulated in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws, regulations and general business practices.
