In order to provide you with a safer service,Each reservation is for one person, and temperature checks will be conducted upon arrival.We are taking thorough measures to prevent infection during atelier fittings, consultations, and when you collect your items, as detailed below, but we ask that you continue to make your decision regarding visiting our store at your own discretion. In addition, we ask that customers who have a fever (over 37.5 degrees) or other symptoms of illness, or who have traveled abroad within the past two weeks, please refrain from visiting our store. ♦Infection prevention measures for atelier staff and within the atelier• Staff will take their temperature before coming to work, and if it is over 37.2 degrees, they will not come to work and will switch to working from home for two weeks from that day. • Always wear a mask when commuting or in the studio, except when eating or drinking. • Temperature checks for staff when they arrive at work • Temperature checks upon customer arrival • Wash your hands and gargle frequently when you arrive at the studio and while working. • Open windows and ventilate frequently • Frequently disinfect frequently touched tools, doorknobs, and other surfaces and objects. • Hand sanitizer available for staff, customers and visitors • Consideration of distance during customer service (especially during fittings) • We source fabrics that meet the safety standards of the British and French governments. • Disinfecting product packaging materials, and thoroughly washing and disinfecting hands before packaging/shipping *Rules in red are new rules (as of August 3rd) |
